RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
- To be qualified for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused with the same original packaging.
- We strictly follow a 5 days policy. Beyond 5 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase for return completion.
- Once your return is received, we will send you notification through email or a text message that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, then your refund will be processed automatically within 5 days.
- For customize orders, NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE.
LATE/ MISSING REFUNDS
- Sale items cannot be refunded
- Regular priced items may be refunded

Should you need to exchange your purchased item for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com. We only replace items if they are damaged.
We will only disclose your personal information if you violate our Terms and Conditions or if circumstances happen that we are obliged by law to do so or for the purposes of national security, taxation or criminal investigation.
